Job Description

Mō te tūnga | About the role 

The Support Services Administrator is responsible for working collaboratively and cohesively within the Administration and Logistics team to provide a range of front line services to internal and external customers, with an emphasis on procurement and logistics support whilst also providing support to reception during leave periods and breaks. 

With a strong customer focus and a flexible, can-do attitude, the ideal candidate will be multi-skilled, proactive, and ready to contribute wherever needed. The role also involves meaningful engagement with iwi/hapū and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.

Mōu | About you 

We like to set people up for success so you’ll be a leading applicant if you have: 

  • Experience with building and maintaining effective relationships and gaining the cooperation of a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.   
  • A Level 2 NCEA qualification is required. 
  • Experience in procurement, vendor relationships, and Government Electronic Tendering Systems is desirable. 
  • A friendly, can-do attitude and strong people skills. 
  • The ability to work well under pressure.  
  • Strong multitasking skills, with a focus on achieving tasks and goals efficiently.

The starting remuneration range for this role is $54,360 - $63,953 per annum (including KiwiSaver).
